Step-by-step guide on connecting to MoonDogeSwap with MetaMask Extention and App

MetaMask is the most popular hot wallet, it was initially designed for the Ethereum Network, but now it can also be configured to multiple other blockchain networks.

MetaMask can be used in a web browser or mobile app.

Web Browser

1. Download MetaMask extensions/add-ons

MetaMask currently supports 4 web browsers.

Download MetaMask Google Extention. Find other supported browsers, please find the respective download URL path here.

2. Create & Import Address

Once you have added MetaMask Extention to your Chrome browser, the next step is to create an account. You can create a new address if you have no existing address or import your existing address.

3. Custom add BSC network

MetaMask is by default connected to the Ethereum Mainnet.

To add the Binance Smart Chain Network, click on the dropdown menu arrow, and click Custom RPC

Fill in the Binance Smart Chain Network parameters:

After the Smart Chain is configured and added, you will now be able to connect your MetaMask on www.moondoge.com

4. Add MODO in MetaMask

Click Add Token

then fill in the below MODO parameters

  • Token Contract Address: 0xf9f89ef3c1b96a662db5fc9184dbf6ca1416dfe5

  • Token Symbol: MODO

  • Token Decimal: 18

Mobile App

1. Download in App Store or Google Play (We use ios for demonstration here)

2. Create & Import Address

You can create a new address if you have no existing address or import your existing address.

3. Custom Add BSC Network

Click the button on the top-left corner

Click Settings

Click Networks

Fill in the same BSC parameters

4. Open moondoge.com in the browser

Click Browser:

Enter www.moondoge.com as URL

Click Enter, then you have connected your MetaMask wallet to www.moondoge.com
